Since 1975, Munuse Ozmulla has participated numerous exhibitions in Cyprus and been awarded by the local government for her efforts to revitalize  an art form that is about  to be extinct. Aside from crafting her affection, Munuse Ozmulla also teaches young generations the history of this art as well as its importance in local schools. She is also the founder of a local association known as the  "Association of Cultural Improvement and Beautifying by the Women of  Yigitler"
